Description:
Reporting into the Finance Manager, you'll take full ownership of the Accounts Payable function, working closely with senior finance stakeholders and production teams.

This is a full time, permanent role. They operate a hybrid working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Key Duties: - Full day-to-day management of the Accounts Payable ledger
- Processing invoices on Sage, ensuring correct approval and coding
- Preparing weekly payment runs and monitoring bank position
- Processing personal expenses and petty cash/float reconciliations
- Making accurate bank payments and posting cash transactions
- Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving queries
- Managing weekly NI deductions, submitting to payroll provider and issuing P45s to freelance crew where required
- Assisting with the annual audit
- Providing AR annual leave cover when needed
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks as required
Key Skills: - 2-3 years' experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role
- A background within a Creative environment (Media/Entertainment)
- Studying towards an AAT or ACCA/CIMA qualification
- Strong Excel skills and Sage experience would be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
