Description
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of financial transactions for auditing purposes.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage payment schedules to ensure timely settlements.
- Provide support to the wider accounting and finance team as needed.
