The Role
This is a high-impact sales role focused on generating new business, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth for our AI recruitment platform.
You’ll identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, demonstrate the value of Recruitified AI, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies, executive search firms, staffing companies, and enterprise HR teams.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations of the Recruitified AI platform.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing.
- Develop strategic partnerships within your territory.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide market feedback.
- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Business Development, SaaS Sales, Recruitment Technology, HR Technology, or Enterprise Software.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience selling software subscriptions or technology solutions is highly desirable.
- Existing recruitment industry network is an advantage.
