Crypto Training & Due Diligence Specialist
We are seeking a Due Diligence Training Lead to build and deliver a high-impact capability across a specialist investigations function. This role combines training leadership with deep expertise in cryptocurrency, digital assets, and emerging financial crime risks.
You will develop Researchers and Analysts through structured programmes, create client-facing training content, and ensure teams are equipped with the tools and access required for advanced research. This is an opportunity to drive professional standards while translating complex investigative insight into clear, credible outputs for clients.
Role Details:
- Contract: FTC 2 years (likely extension)
- Location: Twickenham (on-site)
- Salary: up to £51,500 per annum
- Clearance: Not required
Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver a structured Due Diligence training programme for Researchers and Analysts
- Develop specialist training in cryptocurrency, digital assets, and financial crime risks
- Mentor new team members and support early-stage development
- Create client-facing training materials for delivery across multiple markets
- Oversee management of research accounts (overt, covert, subscription) and ensure compliance
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering engaging training and mentoring colleagues
- Strong expertise in cryptocurrency, digital assets, and financial crime risks
- Excellent analytical and report-writing capabilities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
- Experience within due diligence, investigations, or intelligence environments (desirable)
