Trading since 1989, e.surv Chartered Surveyors is the UK's number one residential surveyor and the largest provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services. We're part of the LSL Property Services Group PLC which includes household names Your Move and Reeds Rains as well as the mortgage network PRIMIS. We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents in addition to private customers.
Role Purposes
This is a hybrid role combining hands-on technical data management with commercial oversight of data suppliers, SaaS platforms, and licensing agreements. The primary objective of the role is to ensure enterprise data is secure, accurate, accessible, and effectively managed across the organisation.
We are looking for someone with strong technical capability who enjoys being operationally involved in the data environment, alongside the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Azure, is essential, along with strong stakeholder management skills and a solid understanding of GDPR and data governance principles. Experience within the property, surveying, or real estate sector would be highly advantageous.
