Python / Java / AI Digital Developer
- To design, develop and deliver full-stack digital transformation solutions covering automation, workflow, digital forms, and AI and AI applications
- Development of custom AI applications, including locally hosted solutions using open-source models
- Work with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities .
- To contribute to the Branch’s digital transformation and AI strategy
Essential skills
Full stack development exposure with Python and Java Script
- Full-stack development experience,
- Strong programming skills in Python, including experience building APIs and services (for example using FastAPI or Flask).
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON and REST APIs
- Experience with AI and Large Language Model (LLM) fundamentals including prompt engineering, context management, and Retrieval.
- Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts with a demonstrated appetite to develop deeper AI and agentic AI engineering skills.
