Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Southampton
Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Up to £35k per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print, including social media, websites, emails, brochures, and presentations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques
- Edit and refine design work based on feedback from stakeholders
- Develop creative concepts in line with brand guidelines and project objectives
- Maintain consistency in branding across all materials
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
- Experience designing for both digital and print formats
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and branding
