Description:

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist to carry a client through their busy period for the next 3-6 months

You will be responsible for configuring and setting up systems, technology solutions for existing customers and manage the day-to-day queries. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, ensure systems are correctly configured, deliver 1 line support and ensure systems are upgraded when with existing customers.

Responsibilities
As an IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for...

  • Configure and set up systems, perform upgrades and provide solutions to customer requirements
  • Prepare and test systems prior to customer go live
  • Troubleshoot software and back-office system issues
  • Provide second-line support for more complex configuration and provisioning queries
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Engineering and Project teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
