We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist to carry a client through their busy period for the next 3-6 months
You will be responsible for configuring and setting up systems, technology solutions for existing customers and manage the day-to-day queries. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, ensure systems are correctly configured, deliver 1 line support and ensure systems are upgraded when with existing customers.
