Product Data Scientist
London - Hybrid (3 x a week)

The Role
- Define and build evaluation frameworks to measure the performance of AI-driven features
- Analyse large-scale text and user interaction data to understand how people engage with the product
- Develop feedback loops connecting prompts, model outputs, and user behaviour
- Identify patterns in successful and unsuccessful outcomes to improve product performance
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape roadmap decisions
- Design and run experiments end to end, translating results into clear actions
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in data science or product analytics within a product-led organisation
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience working with AI or machine learning products, particularly NLP or text-based data
- Strong understanding of experimentation, evaluation frameworks, and statistical analysis
- Ability to work with large, complex, and unstructured datasets
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering stakeholders
