Senior Full Stack Developer (React / Node.js / AWS) Location: Midlands (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)
Build Modern Software. Solve Complex Problems. We're looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a growing technology business delivering bespoke software solutions for enterprise customers.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you'll work alongside Architects, Cloud Engineers, Business Analysts and Product teams to build modern cloud-native applications. This role requires a minimum of three days per week onsite, reflecting the company's strong belief in collaboration, knowledge sharing and building high-performing teams.
What You'll Do - Develop modern applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build scalable backend services with Node.js.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Work with PostgreSQL and AWS cloud services.
- Contribute to code reviews, engineering standards and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality software.
About You You'll have commercial experience with most of the following:
- React 18+ and TypeScript.
- Node.js (Express or Fastify).
- REST APIs.
- PostgreSQL.
- AWS.
- Docker and Git.
- Modern software engineering best practices.
Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Redis or microservices would be an advantage.
