Transactional Product Manager, Professional Services, Financial Data, Agentic AI, NLP, Central London
Transactional / Financial Data / Agentic AI Product Manager is required to join a global Professional Services business based in Central London. This role is mainly office based in their Central London offices circa 3-4 times per week and this is unfortunately non-negotiable. However, from week to week there could be some flexibility around this, but it has to be the mentality that you will be physically present in the office more often than now.
This Product Manager will have a heavy Consulting background, who understands how to navigate through hardened Development Teams, both onshore and offshore, along with Senior Global Stakeholders. Our client has described that they would almost want this person to understand ‘Consulting on Steroids’, as this is the mentality that will be required for this role.
Most of the initial part of the role will be trying to help to formulate a plan to bring the best parts of 3 Products into one, keeping the Stakeholders happy along the way and trying to get the best out of several development teams in order to create the successes required. You will have tasks like retaining client data and growing new data sets etc.
We need someone who thinks like this:
- How do I transform a product through emerging AI and data technologies?
- How do I evolve a product for the future of AI-powered decision making?
- How would I plan to imbed AI Agents?
- With something as complex as this, in terms of the sheer amount of Transactional and Data information involved, how would I plan to tag AI agents with the right amount of knowledge?
- How do I communicate this to the business, ready for launch?
- How would I get the best out of the various development teams I will be working with?
- Am I business heavy enough to be dealing with extremely experienced business stakeholders globally?
- Do I understand Transactional Models enough to be able to perform well in this role?
- Have I commercialised transaction intelligence through data and AI?
Coming from a heavy regulated environment such as Accounting, Financial Services, Fintech, Legal, Assurance etc is ESSENTIAL. You must have experience with firm with solid governance, compliance and regulatory boundaries. We could even look at individuals coming from AI / Data / Transactional Business start-ups who has had some form of consulting experience.
In summary – A Product Manager with exposure in a heavily regulated & consulting environment…with a fantastic attitude. Someone who also has consulting experience and wants to work with some cutting-edge products at the forefront of technology. You will also be able to give strong examples of success in topics such as handling last minute changes to priorities, along with a proven ability to deliver key solutions.
As this has global coverage, there may be some early / late calls. You must be prepared for this. There will be give and take with times, along with some flexibility if things are becoming quite taxing. However, we want someone dedicated and definitely not someone who wants a hardened 9am – 5pm kind of position!

Experience required:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager in a complex, professional global environment
- Consulting experience with experience of Transactional-Type business models
- AI experience where you have preferably launched Agentic AI related products, with an ability to provide proven examples of this
- Familiarity with AI/ML or data extraction (e.g., NLP) preferred
- Understanding of how to set up AI agents
- Experience of communicating with 3rd Party suppliers, along with knowing how to get the best out of them
- Global experience is essential with the appreciation this is Global coverage, sometimes working outside of a standard 9am to 5pm structure
- Strong passion for new technologies
- Knowledge of developing, analysing and designing digital products and software applications
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of Agile
- Proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a face-paced environment
- Knowledge of MS Office productivity, communication & collaboration technologies
- Effectively demonstrate teamwork skills, problem solving skills, initiative and integrity
- Excellent English language proficiency and good interpersonal communication skills
