Are you an experienced AI/ML Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)? A leading tech-driven company is expanding its AI division and seeking talented professionals to drive innovation in AI/ML solutions.
The Role
As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking team focused on building and optimising AI/ML models, particularly in Generative AI and Product Recommendations. You’ll work on high-performance systems, ensuring seamless integration of AI technologies into real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise AI/ML models, with a strong focus on LLMs and generative AI
- Design scalable machine learning pipelines and deploy models on AWS/GCP
- Work with vector databases and embeddings for enhanced AI performance
- Build and maintain RESTfulAPIs for AI-driven services
- Implement best practices in CI/CD, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and version control
- Stay ahead of AI/ML advancements and apply them to improve system capabilities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with hands-on expertise in LLMs
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn
- Experience deploying AI models on AWS/GCP
- Knowledge of data processing, feature engineering, and performance optimisation
- Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD, and cloud-based AI workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of neural networks, optimisers, and deep learning architectures
Preferred but Not Essential
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs or generative AI models
- Knowledge of distributed systems, Kafka, or message queues
- Exposure to activation functions, loss functions, and neural network layers
