Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Managers to break down problem statements and design innovative, practical solutions.

Develop and deploy Machine Learning and statistical models to extract insights from complex, interlinked datasets.

Implement Machine Learning models into cloud-based environments.

Create dashboards and data visualizations to present insights effectively.

Ensure data security and privacy best practices across all data-related work.

Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Provide mentorship and line management to junior Data Scientists and Analysts.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies relevant to data science.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in data visualization, with the ability to present data in a graphical or pictorial format.

Expertise in designing algorithms and utilizing statistical methods.

Ability to clean, validate, and ensure accuracy in data.

Experience using various modeling techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, and dimensionality reduction.

Strong foundation in Machine Learning (supervised & unsupervised learning) and familiarity with frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C, with strong coding skills.

Hands-on experience in mathematical computing and problem-solving.

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to various stakeholders.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.

Familiarity with AWS is beneficial but not mandatory.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of industry experience with live solution deployments.

Proven experience as a developer with a track record of designing and developing data-driven projects.
