? Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent (Level 2)
? Degree/relevant qualification in the subject area

? Outstanding teaching and communication skills and understanding of Ofsted framework
? Solution-focused and able to responding to data trends
? Assertive and confident in learning environment management
? Ambitious and committed to meeting targets, setting standards of behaviour and work
? Empathy towards the many challenges faced by young adults in a demographic with high free school meals rate and poverty levels
? Excellent communication skills
? Visual scripting/programming skills
Desirable Skills
? Experience with Adobe Photoshop/After Effects/Premiere - modelling, concept art/textures
? Experience of working professionally in a relevant creative industry/as an entrepreneur
? Experience with Autodesk Maya/Blender - animating, skinning, rigging, texturing, 3D modelling ? Experience with Unity/Unreal Engine - animation-to-engine pipelines
? Drawing and art skills
Key Tasks
? Plan and deliver exciting lessons supporting learner progression, that relate to their needs and interests
? Promote safety, wellbeing and safeguarding (CPOMS)
? Record attendance and academic notes on Arbor MIS
? Track learner progression on the allocated Google Sheets
? Develop innovative opportunities for interdepartmental and intradepartmental project collaborations
? Use a range of assessment methods and provide outstanding and prompt feedback to inspire learners
? Complete learner one-to-one tutorials and individual learning plans on a bi-termly basis
? Facilitate the wide-range of enrichment trips and guest speaker events arranged across the year
? Work towards a stable learner retention and qualification achievement rate
? Undertake in-house training to remain up-to-date with awarding body expectations
? Support learners to prepare for their assessed end-of-year project
