Will look at IT recruiters with at least one years’ IT recruiter experience. They deal with both contract and permanent, working within the cloud infrastructure, data, digital transformation areas.

Location: Brentwood, Essex
Salary: £26,000 - £45,000 basic (Dependent on Experience)
Commission: 10% on placements, rising to 30% for billings exceeding £30,000 per month

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top IT talent across a range of industries while building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and engage IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
• Job Matching: Present qualified candidates to clients, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and talent availability within the IT sector.
• Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual placement and revenue targets.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within IT or a technical niche.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of the IT sector and an understanding of technical roles is highly desirable.
