Rust/Solana Engineers (6-Month Contract, EU-Based) - $200K (Pro-rata, per annum)

We're searching for three exceptional Rust/Solana engineers to join an EU-based team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. There's a strong potential for extension based on project scope and progress.

With a scheduled Ethereum mainnet launch in Q1 2025, we're ready to take the leap to Solana and your expertise is critical to making this happen.

You'll collaborate closely with an elite team of developers who delivered success on Ethereum, leveraging their insights to ensure a seamless and high-performance implementation on one of the fastest, most scalable blockchains.

What We're Looking For

• Solana Development Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Solana's ecosystem, tools, and best practices.
• Rust Proficiency: Proven experience building and deploying complex Rust-based solutions (Some Solidity is also helpful).
• DeFi Fluency: Comfortable navigating trading concepts and decentralized finance protocols.
• Autonomous & Proactive Work Style: You thrive in independent roles, take initiative, and deliver results.
