UX/UI Designer - Researcher

We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer – Researcher to lead user-centred design initiatives. You will conduct in-depth research, design user journeys, and create prototypes that enhance usability and align with business goals. • Conduct user research to identify customer needs and improve experiences.
• Create personas, journey maps, and prototypes to visualise solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment.
• Present research findings and design recommendations to drive consensus.
• Continuously enhance design usability, accessibility, and functionality.

• Degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of UX/UI or user research experience.
• Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).
• Strong skills in customer journey mapping and prototyping.
• Knowledge of Agile workflows and usability testing methods.

• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Passion for staying current on UX/UI trends and innovations.
