They are now looking for an Account Manager to help drive growth and success.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous sales experience, an affinity for technology and great customer service skills to build on their knowledge in a role where no two days are the same. You'll be joining a well-respected company with relationships across government departments, large corporate organisations and event organisers.

As an Account Manager, you will process short-term technology rental sales opportunities for a wide range of customers. Specifically, you will:

• Drive rental revenue growth
• Retain and grow the customer base
• Manage client relationships: develop and maintain your client list, create account plans and use your relationships to generate repeat and additional business
• Take a project management approach to larger requirements, ensuring equipment and resources are scheduled and delivered on time
• Make personal visits to clients to ensure satisfaction
• Network with potential clients
• Prepare quotations, rental agreements, invoices and sales analysis reports
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients

To succeed as an Account Manager, you will need:

• Sales experience and the commercial nous to grow accounts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with evidence of tailoring your style to different audiences
• Flexibility and the ability to prioritise logically
• A demonstrable track record of teamwork and achievement
• Practical problem-solving skills
• A high level of computer literacy and strong attention to detail
• A friendly, enthusiastic disposition with an excellent phone manner
