The Role

What experience does the AI and Automation Engineer need?

• A minimum of two years working in a hands-on technical capacity within automation, AI, or a closely related field, with demonstrable skills building or supporting intelligent workflows and AI-driven solutions
• Practical exposure to at least one platform such as Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, or Make, alongside working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or a comparable scripting language
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and application integration principles, plus a grounding in generative AI, large language models, and prompt engineering approaches
• Strong communication skills, a disciplined approach to problem-solving and attention to detail, and the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively within a wider team
