We're partnering with a growing UK eCommerce business looking to bring its digital marketing expertise in-house. This is a hands-on role with ownership of PPC and SEO, offering the opportunity to shape the digital acquisition strategy and grow the function over time.
The RoleYou'll lead digital acquisition across paid search and organic channels, driving traffic, lead generation, and commercial performance.
Key areas:
Managing Google Ads and Performance Max campaigns
Leading SEO strategy across product categories
Improving conversion rates and campaign performance
Analytics, tracking and attribution
CRM integration and marketing reporting
Building a scalable digital growth roadmap
Strong hands-on Google Ads and PPC experience
SEO experience within eCommerce or product-led businesses
Experience with analytics, tracking and attribution
Commercial mindset focused on ROI and lead generation
CRM/Salesforce integration experience
Server-side tracking (e.g. Stape) desirable
Construction, B2B or technical product experience beneficial
