Finance & Administration Manager Decision, Support, & Analysis

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager within the Decision, Support & Analysis team, you will support delivery of the National strategy by ensuring the business makes the optimum commercial and investment decisions.
Working with stakeholders across the business and internationally, you'll provide guidance, training and coordination to drive project success, support portfolio planning, and help embed best practice across all project activities. Your New Role

• Providing insight into the financial impact of key decisions to stakeholders across all departments and functions.
  
• Lead, coach and develop a team of analysts to deliver high-quality financial and commercial analysis
  
• Apply commercial and financial expertise across financial models and capital investment appraisal tools
  
• Oversee Cost Benefit Management (CBM) for national projects, ensuring robust governance and accurate reporting
  
• Develop, review and validate business cases to support investment and project decisions
  
• Monitor project costs and benefits in partnership with the national PMO to ensure value is realised
  
• Ensure compliance with CBM standards, processes and data requirements across the project portfolio
• Provide clear financial recommendations to support strategic business and investment decisions

About You

• ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified
  
• Management experience
  
• Extensive experience leading a team and monitoring performance
  
• Extensive experience in a investment controlling / business case reviews
  
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis
  
• Expertise in IRR / RNOA and key investment KPIs
  
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and independent working skills
  
• Experience driving KPIs in the context of performance steering
  
• Experience aligning collaboratively across borders
  
• Strong analytical skills
  
• Active participation in cross-department working groups
  
• Evidence of strong project management skills
  
• Strong track record of business partnering skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  
• Proven track record of problem resolution and process improvement
  
• Experience in developing and implementing a team strategy to. work towards company objectives
•  Experience strategically advising senior stakeholders

• Salary starting from £63,535 rising to £98,050
