You'll help shape the front-end experience of a sophisticated platform used to manage complex workflows, data-rich processes, and AI-powered decision making. The Role

You will:

• Build and enhance complex front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
• Develop data-heavy dashboards, analytics tools, and workflow-driven user experiences.
• Design intuitive interfaces for AI-powered features and agent-based workflows.
• Create responsive, performant, and accessible user experiences for enterprise users.
• Contribute to shared component libraries and scalable front-end architecture.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.
• Implement robust testing practices and maintain high standards of code quality.
• Optimise application performance, scalability, and front-end security.

Your Skills & Experience

You will have:

• Strong commercial experience building applications with React and TypeScript.
• Experience developing complex enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or data-rich products.
• Expertise in state management, front-end architecture, testing, and performance optimisation.
• Understanding of front-end security principles and best practices.
• Experience working within cloud-based development environments and modern CI/CD processes.
• Regular use of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
• A product-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.

Desirable experience includes:

• React Native development.
• AI-powered or agentic product development.
• Design systems, theming frameworks, or micro-frontend architectures.
• Financial or data visualisation products.
