Ideal Requirements for the Graphic Designer
- Strong capability in Adobe Creative Suite, with the creative confidence to produce high-quality design across multiple formats and channels.
- Experience creating static graphics, marketing collateral and motion/video assets that combine visual impact with clear communication.
- Ability to simplify complex information into engaging, audience-focused design while maintaining brand consistency and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working collaboratively, responding positively to feedback and managing projects independently with strong creative judgement and pace.
Role Responsibilities for the Graphic Designer
- Bring ideas to life across digital, print and motion, creating impactful visual content that shapes the brand experience across every channel.
- Own projects from concept to final delivery, turning briefs into polished, production-ready creative with real influence on campaign direction.
