Infrastructure Director

• Leads the planning, renewal, and expansion of key building services, including power, water, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and data networks
• Reliable, continuous performance is maintained across all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, with downtime kept to a minimum.
• Keeps operations aligned with applicable building codes,environmental requirements, health regulations, and safety legislation.
• Oversees budgets for capital projects and facility operations, alongside the management of external contractors and suppliers.
• Through energy-efficiency measures, green technologies, and carbon-reduction programmes, lowers operating costs and environmental impact.

• Expereince within Life Sciences or some knowledge (ISO/ISO8/Clean Rooms)

• Hard Services experience & knowledge.
