Overview

The Innovation Teacher plays a pivotal role in fostering creativity, inquiry, and future-focused learning across the school. This position is responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons that integrate technology, design thinking, and interdisciplinary projects, empowering students to become critical thinkers, problem-solvers, and innovators. Working closely with colleagues, the Innovation Teacher supports the development of a dynamic curriculum that aligns with international standards, while cultivating a culture of curiosity and collaboration.

The ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Innovation, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional teaching experience in Innovation, ideally within international or reputable private schools
• Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, student assessment, and active learning strategies
• Proficiency with educational technology and digital learning platforms, including the ability to analyse student performance data
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork abilities
• Demonstrated administrative and leadership skills
