Join a thriving manufacturing business in Andover as a Junior Graphic Designer. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to develop a long-term career in graphic design and marketing. You will work alongside an experienced Graphic Designer within a supportive marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of digital and print projects.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Create artwork for print and digital marketing materials including brochures, catalogues, flyers, POS materials, and promotional collateral.
• Prepare artwork for digital and print production.
• Support the creation of packaging artwork and product marketing materials.
• Create and edit visual content for websites, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels.
• Assist with photography retouching and image editing.
• Create social media content, reels, and video assets.
• Produce infographics, presentations, and other go-to-market materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
• Create packaging mock-ups and visual concepts.
• Support product launches and wider marketing campaigns.
• Contribute fresh creative ideas to ongoing projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A qualification or degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline (preferred but not essential).
• Some previous work experience, internship, or placement within a design or marketing environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A positive and proactive approach to learning.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for design and marketing.
