Lead SQL Developer - Up to 75K + Hybrid (2 days in office), 15% Pension, Private Healthcare + Microsoft Certifications - Leeds Central

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead SQL Developer to join a growing digital and data function based in central Leeds.

This exciting opportunity will suit a talented data professional with strong experience across SQL Server, ETL, Data warehousing and modern data platform technologies. You will be joining an established data function of 18 professionals supporting a £650 million revenue organisation with over 2,500 employees.

This role combines hands-on engineering, team leadership and strategic decision making, giving you the opportunity to shape the future of the organisation's central data platform.

You will provide technical leadership across a team of BI Developers, DBAs and SQL Developers, working on a range of business-critical projects using the latest Microsoft technologies. The organisation actively encourages innovation, collaboration and knowledge sharing, and you'll have the opportunity to drive projects from concept through to delivery with the support of senior leadership.

The organisation are huge on aiding with personal and professional development, including fully subsidised Microsoft certifications (DP-600/700 etc)

You will be a Lead SQL Developer with good communication skills and have prior experience within a similar position. The successful Lead SQL Developer should have strong problem solving abilities, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
