Within the position of Workplace Team Member, you’ll be a valued member of our inspiring Workplace Team, playing a crucial role in providing a welcoming and productive working environment that brings the Livv experience to life.

Key Responsibilities

• To work as part of the Workplace Team, delivering a high-quality, welcoming workplace experience through Front of House services, Meeting Room Management, Switchboard operations, Facilities support, and Events.
• Act as a brand ambassador for both Livv and the client site maintaining high standards in accordance with The Livv Way and client procedures.
• Effectively deal with all business user/client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations.
• To use the client site operating systems in accordance with guidelines.
• Establish good working relationships with your onsite Livv colleagues and clients to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requests.
• To show responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with company and Legal requirement.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties assigned by your Line Manager to support Livv, our clients, and ongoing operational success.
