The organisation partners closely with clients to deliver complex transformation programmes with real, measurable outcomes. The business operates at the intersection of consulting and technology, combining deep domain expertise with modern cloud engineering to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth across its client base.

You will take ownership of Azure cloud architecture and engineering across the business, acting as the technical authority within a small but highly impactful cloud function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, building, and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure
• Acting as a subject matter expert, providing architectural guidance and solution design
• Supporting internal consultants with cloud solutioning and infrastructure recommendations
• Building and managing cloud resources (VMs, SQL Servers, Web Apps, Docker environments)
• Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub
• Driving a code-first approach with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation
• Leading on cloud integrations, including Azure Integration Services
• Supporting governance, security, compliance, backup, and recovery processes
• Contributing to AI-driven and innovation-focused internal projects
• Mentoring junior engineers and setting technical standards across the team

You will bring strong capability in:

• Hands-on Microsoft Azure engineering and architecture
• Designing scalable, secure cloud solutions end-to-end
• Infrastructure-as-Code (ideally Bicep or Terraform)
• Building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
• Cloud automation using PowerShell and Azure CLI
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Security, governance, and compliance within cloud environments

You will receive a salary up to £80,000 depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package
