We are looking for a Student Experience Officer to join our team.



Role Summary


Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for providing an outstanding experience to our exam candidates, students and visitors. You'll ensure computer based exams are administered in accordance with institute regulations and that compliance is upheld. In addition, you will ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently, in a timely manner and to a high standard, as well as ensuring the training location is ready for out students during operating hours.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Exam Administrator, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you’ll bring to the role


We would like you to have worked within a customer focused environment previously and be able to demonstrate you possess the following qualities:

  • Proactive and personable with a desire to make a difference

  • Excellent communication skills particularly face-to-face communication

  • Good IT skills and computer literacy including an understanding of artificial intelligence

  • Organised with a high level of attention to detail

  • Experience in solving challenges at short notice

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team

  • Experience of health and safety requirements in a similar establishment is desirable

  • Able to work flexible hours
