About the Role
Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for a highly organised and motivated Sales Administrator to join our successful William H Brown residential sales team, based in Harlow, with support provided to our Hertford office.
A quick look at the role
As Sales Administrator, you'll play an important part in supporting the smooth running of our sales offices, providing essential administrative support to the team and helping deliver a great experience for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include uploading property details onto various property portals, handling customer enquiries both in branch and over the telephone, maintaining accurate records and supporting the day-to-day administration of the business.
You'll be someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in getting the details right and is happy to get involved wherever support is needed.
What's in it for you?
- Industry-leading training and development
- A clear career ladder with opportunities for progression
- A supportive, rewarding and fun working environment
- Team incentives and recognition
- The opportunity to gain a great understanding of the property industry
- Career pathways across Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services and other areas of Connells Group
Skills and experience required
- Customer-focused, with a friendly and professional approach
- Resilient, positive and able to use your initiative
- Numerate and detail-oriented, with good accuracy
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office, email and internet systems
Previous experience in administration or customer service would be beneficial, although we're just as interested in finding someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
We're ideally looking for someone to join us on a full-time basis, although we would be happy to consider part-time hours for the right candidate.
Our Commitment to Inclusion
Connells Group is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace. We welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates, regardless of ***, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity status.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway. Potential matters just as much as experience, and you could be the right fit for this role or another opportunity within Connells Group.
Join Connells Group – the Home of Opportunity – and build a successful career with pathways into Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes and other specialist services, within one of the UK's leading property groups.
