Customer Service Administrator (Service Support Advisor)
Havant - Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote working)
Up to £28,000
Hyde is looking for a Service Support Advisor to join our collaborative and values-driven team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment that champions employee wellbeing, continuous learning, and long-term development.
As a Service Support Advisor at Hyde, you will support residents with property repairs enquiries, helping to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience. You will act as a key point of contact for escalated repairs queries, support complaint resolution, gather customer feedback and provide vital administrative support to the Property Maintenance team.
Key Duties
- Handle repairs enquiries transferred from the Customer Services Centre, ensuring customers receive clear and helpful support.
- Work with trades staff, contractors and internal teams to troubleshoot repair issues and support timely resolutions.
- Assist with customer complaints relating to property repairs, supporting investigations, corrective actions and follow-up communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, survey feedback and call backs to support service improvement.
- Manage team mailboxes and provide administrative support to help resolve requests, queries and problems effectively.

As a Service Support Advisor we’re seeking someone who can bring:
- Proven experience in customer service, administration or operational support.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond clearly and professionally to customers and colleagues.
- A proactive mindset and passion for improving customer experience and service standards.
- The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, trades staff, contractors and suppliers.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
