About the Role
Hardware QA Technician
A hands-on hardware and quality role with a bonus worth up to two months’ salary, and the chance to grow into owning the quality function.
This is a Hardware QA Technician role with an established electronics manufacturer, where quality sits at the heart of everything.
As a Hardware QA Technician you will support the hardware engineering team, manage product repairs, and play a central part in the quality assurance that keeps standards high across production. Quality is the core of this role: you will carry out QA assessments, monitor the production process, and support both internal and external audits, with a genuine opportunity to take on more responsibility over time around quality procedures, audits and QA processes. Alongside the quality work, you will assess and repair production and field failures, carry out through-hole and surface mount soldering, and help keep manufacturing running smoothly. If you are quick to learn, adaptable and have excellent attention to detail, this is a role with real variety and room to grow.
