Senior Finance Business Partner

London | Hybrid | c.£100,000 + excellent bonus and benefits

We're supporting a confidential search for a commercially minded Senior Finance Business Partner to join a large, international organisation undergoing significant transformation.

This is a highly visible role supporting Executive stakeholders across Technology and central corporate functions, with responsibility for a substantial Group overhead portfolio. The successful candidate will help shape investment decisions, improve forecasting and planning, and embed greater financial discipline and value creation across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Finance Business Partner to Executive and senior functional leaders
• Own planning, budgeting and rolling forecasts for Group overheads
• Deliver strategic insight on cost trends, risks and investment opportunities
• Develop robust business cases, including ROI and return on capital analysis
• Support transformation programmes and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive cost optimisation, governance and performance reporting
• Influence senior stakeholders through commercial challenge and decision support

About you

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong Finance Business Partnering experience within a large, complex organisation
• Experience partnering closely with Technology leadership and/or a CTO
• Significant exposure to Group overhead management, planning and forecasting
• Excellent commercial modelling and investment appraisal capability
• Able to thrive in ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders and drive change
• Experience within consumer facing complex businesses would be advantageous
